The season of 2009 has come and gone. Huseman Family Lights is proud to report that with more than 5,000 people coming out to see the lights this was the largest crowd we have seen in the all the years it has been animating Christmas lights.

2009 was truly a great year for the display, although, we did have our fair share of challenges. The 2009 winter here in Florida was a real wet and cold one.  This caused us to cancel a good portion of shows, however, we didn't let this get to us.

2009 consisted of a lot of new stuff. The MEGA tree got a whole new look and grew in height. Even more LED's and colors were added to the display. We added more LOR units and additional channels. And not only did we add new music, but every song was then updated to coordinate with the new design.

A big crowd favorite was the new leaping arches that we put together.  These small aches created a very cool effect that the guests really seemed
to enjoy.

We are a family who likes to show support for our troops and country, as a result, Huseman Family Lights introduced pyrotechnics in to the display.  After the song "God Bless the USA" either Steven or Dave would climb on the roof to launch fireworks.

We would like to thank all those who came out to watch the lights and welcome you to come back for Huseman Family Lights 2010.

Until next year, have a great holiday season and New Year.
